Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Notice
We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients on our waitlist.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% of the service cost as a late cancellation charge.
3. No-show Policy
if you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged full service cost. Multiple no shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
4.Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. This ensures that stay on schedule for all our clients.
5. Emergency Situations
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for late cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible , and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
